(The classic of ALL classics in Kylito's hometown of Slaton, TX. His mom, Joanne, referred to by many as "The Mac-N-Cheese lady", has been serving up this amazing comfort food for generations!)
In a large pot boil Macaroni until tender. Drain well and return to pot.
Add Butter, Gravy Mix, and Velveeta (cut up into 1" cubes).
Pour Milk into pot until it reaches the top of the macaroni. Add Heavy Cream. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until all ingredients have melted and become thick and creamy.
Spray a big baking dish with non-stick spray and pour in macaroni mixture.
Top with a liberal amount of grated CoJack Cheese. Sprinkle the top with Lemon Pepper. Push grated cheese into Mac-N-Chz with a knife. Bake in a 350º oven until nice and bubbly. Let cool slightly. Enjoy!

1 Stick Butter
1/2 C Gravy Mix (Pioneer Brand - Country Gravy)
Milk (see Recipe for amount)
1/2 C Heavy Cream
CoJack Cheese (grated)
